Age Requirements
All entrants must be 17 years or older on the date of the event to participate in the half marathon.
Race Packs
Race packs will be posted to entrants who have registered with a UK address. Entrants whose race packs cannot be posted (those with international or invalid addresses) must collect their race packs from registration on the day.
Headphones
All entrants are prohibited to wear noise-cancelling headphones, however, you may use earphones at a low volume so that you can hear instructions from marshals.
Results
Results will be uploaded live to The Race Organiser website, and communicated to all pre-registered participants, within 24 hours of each event.
Buggies, Pushchairs, and Strollers
In line with UKA Guidelines the use of such items is not permitted in the half marathon.

You will not be able to run without a race number and chip.
NO CHIP MEANS NO TIME.
When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!
T-Shirts
If you’ve purchased an £12 event T-shirt with your race entry, this will be available to collect from the kit stall on the day. Any additional RunThrough kit, including socks and RT branded T-shirts can be collected from the Kit Stall on the day. Please have your order number ready to collect these.
Race Start
We will line runners up based on estimated finish times to avoid any congestion at this point.
Please listen closely to all marshal instructions to do this, and remember to keep a safe distance from the runners around you.
During the race
We will have marshals all around the course as well as mile signs and arrows.
Results
Results will be available on www.warwickhalf.com after the race.
Pictures
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be available to view here after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.

Spectators
Spectators are more than welcome to come along and support runners.
Refreshments
There will be water provided at the 3 water stations around the course and at the finish line.
After the race
Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.
There will be sealed water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, and sponsored goodies.

How to get there
By Public Transport
Warwick Station is about a 20-minute walk away from the racecourse and has regular trains from London Marylebone, Stratford Upon Avon, Birmingham Snow Hill and Leamington Spa.
By Car
From the M40, take exit 15 for the A425 to Warwick.
